Jacqueline Varni collaborates closely with Kent Pecoy to custom design homes that are specifically tailored to meet each of our client’s individual vision and needs. Before putting pencil to paper, Jacqueline and Kent take the time to get to know you, your family, your lifestyle, your tastes and your own unique personalities to ensure that they are designing with you in mind. Jacqueline and Kent both believe that at Coastal Homes of Marco Island, we do not design and build houses, we design and build Homes. Prior to working for Coastal Homes, Jacqueline founded Jacqueline Daugherty Architecture, LLC, where she designed custom, residential homes and additions in the Farmington Valley. Prior to starting her own practice, Jacqueline worked for Jack Kemper of Kemper Associates, an accomplished, award-winning architect in the Farmington Valley.
